Rita and Graham Sullivan joined the Celestial Tai Chi College, Werribee in 2008. They were looking for something that would relax them as they both had very busy working positions. Once they started learning Tai Chi and Qigong, they both knew immediately that it was something they would continue practicing for the rest of their lives.
Rita was appointed Instructor in 2014 and has lead the Centre since. Together with Graham, they have enjoyed sharing their knowledge of Tai Chi and Qigong with the many participants that have come and gone over the years. Some class members have been with them for many years, while some are only a few weeks into their Tai Chi training.
They had to move their Tai Chi class to Hoppers Crossing after the Werribee Kelly Park Hall was partially burnt in a fire. The move makes The Central Park Community Centre, Hoppers Crossing, an easy location to get to for Tai Chi students living in the West.
