You can still practise Tai Chi at home by yourself or come to a FREE park session that suits you and enjoy doing Tai Chi and Qigong with us.

We have many videos available on the internet which you can watch to help you learn and hone your Tai Chi and Qigong movements. We are happy to share our enthusiasm for exercise that helps in boosting energy levels and positive mood at these challenging times.
Free Practice Sessions in the Park
UPDATE 26 March 2020: All park sessions have been suspended.
Some of our weekend practice sessions are still running and we are running new park sessions to replace our Term 2 classes.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring a bottle of water.
We ask all attendees to our park sessions to follow the guidelines and recommendations as specified on the Australian Government Department of Health website. In particular,
- Please do not attend the park sessions if you are unwell or suspect that you are at risk of possibly having Coronavirus COVID-19.
- We must respect social distancing of at least 1.5m apart from each other during the session.
Our park locations, includes some of our Weekend Practice Sessions.
Government advice and recommendations change daily which may effect the activities we run, so check this website for the latest details before attending.
Brighton
Run through Yang Tai Chi three times.
Camberwell
Doncaster East
6:00pm to practice Yang levels and advanced routines,
6:30pm to start warm-up.
Moonee Ponds
Runs weekly, but no park session on the same Sunday that has the Fairfield Park Lesson.
