The Armadale Centre was started over 26 years ago (previously located in South Yarra) and is run by Snr Master Chin Min Lian and supported by dedicated team: Kerrie Wilson and Sze Ho.
Classes: Every Monday at 6.30 PM for one hour. There is a class for half an hour for advanced students from 7.30 PM
Tai Chi: Yang 108, Tai chi 24 and Tai chi 42, Tai chi 48 & Chen 56
Qigong: Lotus, Lohan, Dao Yin, Dayan (Wild Goose), Ba Duan Jin, YI Jin Jing, Qigong Stick
Weapon: Phoenix Fan, Sword 32 & 42, Flute, Broadsword
