Bafa Wubu
This special routine explores the 8 forms and 5 steps of Tai Chi.
Warrior Lohan Qigong
This very old and interesting form of Qigong originates from the Shaolin temple and is named after the 18 legendary warriors of the Shaolin temple. This exercise strengthens the muscles, bones and sinews and generates tremendous Qi with movements such as Lohan Palm focussing Qi and Warrior in Meditation.
Eltham Centre
Learn both of these routines by attending 2 Friday classes at the Eltham Centre.
When: Friday 16th & 23rd January 2026, 10:00am to 11:30am
Cost: $65.00, or $60 with Health Care Card. Cost covers both sessions.

Mornington
Learn both of these routines by attending an afternoon workshop in Mornington. The Mornington workshop will also include Tai Chi refinement and application.
