Park Lessons with the Masters

Amongst the most enjoyable activities run by the college are relaxing two-hour park lessons that mark the successful end of every term. New participants have an opportunity to join the college students, instructors and masters in practising tai chi and qigong in open air, be inspired by a demonstration and a good introduction to these unique exercise art-forms.
