During the summer, we hold Tai Chi and Qigong sessions in parks across Melbourne that are free for everyone.
If you have never done Tai Chi or Qigong before and you want to find out the health benefits of doing these centuries-old exercises, then you are most welcome to join us. These sessions are also an opportunity for our past and present students to practice their favourite Tai Chi routines with their fellow friends.
Check out the list below for the sessions that we will run over the summer break.
