"Do you need to sit still to be mindful?"
The Age had an interesting discussion on what activities are good for meditation. It's been suggested that it is not necessary to sit for long hours cross legged, but a moving meditation like Tai Chi and Qigong can be just as good.
So, why not try Tai Chi and Qigong as a form of meditation in your life? Not only will you get to do exercises that can improve your flexibility, balance, strength and concentration, but also Tai Chi and Qigong will allow you to focus on doing the movements in a relaxed way.
