Oxford University in the UK and University of Sydney have completed an interesting study that demonstrates how Tai Chi can reduce the rate of falls by 19 per cent in the elderly population compared to those who do no exercise.
The key element is that Tai Chi focuses on improving balance to enhance the quality of life of its practitioners regardless of their age.
