We have a number of FREE online videos for you to practice Tai Chi and Qigong with us. You have the flexibility to do one or more videos as often as you like whenever you want. To have a class workout, you can choose a warm-up exercise with a Qigong video, followed by a Tai Chi video, then finish up with a cool-down video.
