How can we help you to practice Tai Chi and Qigong?

We care about the safety and wellbeing of our teaching staff and students. Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 health concerns in the community, we have decided to suspend our Term 2 classes. More details

You can still practise Tai Chi at home by yourself or come to a FREE park session that suits you and enjoy doing Tai Chi and Qigong with us.

Videos

We have many videos available on the internet which you can watch to help you learn and hone your Tai Chi and Qigong movements. We are happy to share our enthusiasm for exercise that helps in boosting energy levels and positive mood at these challenging times.
