The Victorian Seniors Festival is organised by the State Government every October to acknowledge and celebrate the contribution our seniors have made and continue to make to our communities.
We join in celebrating our senior citizens by offering FREE activities during the Festival across all of our Melbourne centres. If you have never done Tai Chi or Qigong before, please, come to any of our activities to experience the health benefits of doing these centuries-old exercises.
